Description
The People Operations and Systems Analyst supports People Operations through HR systems administration, workforce data management, reporting, audit controls, transaction processing, and process automation. The role maintains Oracle HCM configuration, manages contingent-worker records, conducts workforce audits, processes payroll and related transactions, and implements automation and AI opportunities. It is 100% in-office in Madison, New Jersey or New York, New York, and requires at least five years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, payroll, or a related field.
