Description
Nitra is hiring a People Operations Associate to build the operational backbone of its People function from the ground up. The role owns HRIS and employee-record infrastructure, performance-management cycles, compensation analysis, onboarding and offboarding, compliance, manager and leadership enablement, people analytics, and employee and manager support. It requires at least three years of People Operations, HR, or related operations experience, hands-on experience across the People Ops stack, data and analysis skills, and strong knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance. The position is full-time, hybrid, and offers a base salary of $85,000 to $120,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
