MatX is hiring a People Team Generalist to support the People Team Lead and contribute to talent management, performance and compensation strategy, retention, engagement, people analytics, benefits, payroll, HRIS, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and workplace experience. The role is hybrid, onsite Monday through Thursday at the Mountain View office, and requires 3–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR generalist, HRBP, or a related role. The full-time position offers a US base salary of $160,000–$230,000 plus equity and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and professional development support.
