Masabi is hiring a People Operations Manager to own the day-to-day running of People Operations for a globally distributed workforce. The role covers employee queries, onboarding and offboarding, contracts, benefits, employment and compliance, payroll inputs, HR systems, vendor coordination, employee programs, data accuracy, documentation, and scalable process improvement. It reports to the Chief People Officer and has one direct report. The role is available remotely to candidates anywhere in the United Kingdom, with London-based candidates able to work in a hybrid model with occasional office travel.
