Alfred is hiring a People Operations Manager in Los Angeles to partner with leaders, managers, and employees on employee relations, workplace investigations, leaves of absence, accommodations, compliance, and people-process improvement. The role reports to the Director of People, requires hands-on management of sensitive employee matters, and seeks a candidate with at least three years of relevant people-operations experience.
