DualEntry is hiring a People Operations Manager to own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including HRIS and payroll data accuracy, HR policies, employee communications, employee relations, employee experience, payroll coordination, and employee and manager support. The role requires 5+ years of experience in HRBP, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles in high-growth environments, along with strong judgment, communication, organization, and execution skills. The position offers a base salary of $140,000–$180,000, equity, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and visa and permanent residence sponsorship.
