Heirloom is hiring a People Operations Manager to scale people operations across the full employee lifecycle, including HRIS administration, payroll and benefits, compliance, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, compensation administration, recruiting support, employee relations, engagement initiatives, company-wide communications, metrics, and vendor management. The role requires at least seven years of progressive human resources experience, strong judgment and communication, familiarity with modern HR tools and AI/automation, and the ability to operate independently in an early-stage company.
