Blank Street is hiring a People Operations Partner, Field to support a high-volume, multi-unit food and beverage business across multiple markets. The role partners with General Managers, Shift Leads, and Operations Managers on hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, staffing, engagement, talent development, compliance, and retention. It is based in person in Brooklyn, New York, with frequent travel to stores and markets, and requires at least four years of HR or People Operations experience supporting frontline or field-based teams.
