Airwallex is hiring a Global Equity Operations Manager to own the end-to-end administration of employee equity programs, including RSUs, ESOPs, and related plans. The role covers grant and vesting, exercise, termination, documentation, employee support, data and reporting, compliance, audit readiness, and process improvement across multiple entities and jurisdictions. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least six years of professional experience, including three years in global equity administration within a high-growth technology, fintech, or multinational environment. The role is based in Singapore.
