York Space Systems is hiring a People Operations Senior Manager to build and operationalize enterprise-level people operations strategy for a rapidly growing aerospace company. Reporting to the VP of Human Capital Management, the role covers management and employee development, compensation, job architecture, employee relations, organizational change, workforce capability, HCM operations, and leading a small team. The position is onsite in Greenwood Village, Colorado, requires at least seven years of progressive HR experience including three years in leadership, and does not support remote or hybrid work.
