Range is hiring a People Operations Specialist to own the employee lifecycle, manage day-to-day HR operations, and serve as the primary internal owner of its PEO relationship. The role covers onboarding and offboarding, timesheet and payroll inputs, HR systems and reporting, employee benefits and policy questions, documentation, and process improvement. It requires at least four years of experience, strong execution and judgment, independent prioritization, vendor and stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to build scalable systems.
