Alector is hiring a temporary People Operations Systems Specialist to support employees and partner with IT, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, and Talent Acquisition. The role focuses on employee support, data integrity, compliance, workflow design, automation, employee experience, and the application of AI, LLMs, and integration tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. The position is based at Alector’s headquarters in South San Francisco, California, and requires onsite presence at least three days per week.
