Oatey is hiring a Project Manager, Human Resources to lead cross-functional HR and DE&I initiatives from concept through implementation and sustained adoption. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the role manages project plans, risks, stakeholders, change adoption, workforce data, metrics, and continuous improvement while partnering with HR, business leaders, consultants, and external vendors. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong project management, communication, analytical, and facilitation skills. It is primarily sedentary, requires in-person work at the Cleveland corporate site under the company’s hybrid and remote workplace policy, and offers a USD compensation range of $73,236 to $117,177 plus 8% target cash profit sharing.
