Lab37 Robotics is hiring a Recruiter to scale its technical and operational teams by owning full-cycle recruiting for Mechanical Engineering, Operations, and GTM roles across multiple geographies. The role partners with engineering, operations, and commercial leadership on hiring strategy, builds talent pipelines through sourcing and market mapping, and uses funnel data to improve recruiting process efficiency. The position is based in the Los Angeles office and is onsite five days a week, with a base salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year plus equity and bonus eligibility.
