Lennar is hiring a Security Program Manager to lead its enterprise assurance program across governance, risk, compliance, and privacy. The role manages the annual assurance calendar, policy and evidence libraries, audit and regulatory responses, control-owner collaboration, risk escalation, program reporting, and selection of policy and document-management platforms. It requires 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years leading multi-workstream projects, and requires regular in-person attendance at the Lennar office.
