Description
PEMCO is hiring a Senior Databricks AI/ML Engineer to architect, deploy, govern, and optimize enterprise Azure and Databricks AI/ML environments and production-grade machine-learning systems for insurance use cases such as underwriting, claims, pricing, customer engagement, and fraud detection. The role includes designing Lakehouse architectures and data pipelines, implementing Databricks SQL, Delta Live Tables, MLflow, MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, ETL, streaming, SQL Server processing, and production support while partnering with data scientists, actuaries, product owners, and engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, extensive enterprise experience with Azure, Databricks, ETL, SQL Server, ML model development and deployment, CI/CD, and MLOps; a master’s degree and insurance-industry experience are preferred.
