Edenred is hiring a People Partner to act as a strategic partner to business leaders, connecting people management with organizational strategy. The role covers HR planning, organizational design, people strategy, talent and succession programs, performance management, leadership development, training, compensation support, HR analytics, and organizational change. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, two years of People Partner experience, HR-system and Excel knowledge, and advanced English; a postgraduate degree in HR Management or Project Management is a plus.
