The Human Resources Manager will identify and select partners and professionals for HR projects, help plan HR structures and strategies, monitor HR indicators and people analytics, conduct recruitment, support training and development, assist managers with leadership issues, and manage performance management and feedback. The role requires higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, HR experience, knowledge of HR indicators and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Power BI and performance evaluation.
