Description
Northwell Health is hiring a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to deliver HR services across large or complex organizational units, support management development and organizational effectiveness, lead cross-system HR initiatives, manage employee relations and labor-management activities, analyze HR data, and coach and mentor HR team members. The role is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote, and may involve offsite hospital locations as needed. A bachelor's degree and 10–12 years of progressive HR Generalist experience are required; an HR-related master's degree and relevant HR certification are preferred. The salary range is $110,000–$120,000 depending on experience.
