Reporting to the HR Manager, the role supports employee relations, communications, benefits, labor relations, training and development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR policy development, collective bargaining administration, HR systems data integrity, and collaboration with HR Services. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of human resources experience, and U.S. export-control eligibility; it offers an annual salary of $86,000–$126,000 and does not provide relocation support or immigration sponsorship.
