Clockwork Systems is hiring a Senior HR Manager to own the full HR lifecycle and serve as a strategic partner to leadership and employees during the company’s growth phase. The role covers people operations, HRIS administration, employee relations, compensation and benefits strategy, onboarding and training, compliance, immigration programs, workforce planning, and employee engagement across U.S. and UK teams. The position is based in Palo Alto and offers a base salary of $140,000 to $180,000 plus potential equity.
