Walmart is hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Technology to lead complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives across its talent ecosystem. The role covers end-to-end process and technology transformation, including discovery, requirements definition, implementation, launch, adoption, testing, optimization, and value realization. It partners with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, and business teams; evaluates user experiences, processes, systems, data, and operations; and identifies opportunities for automation, AI, and emerging technology. The position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas, with an annual salary range of $90,000 to $180,000 plus performance bonuses and other benefits.
