LoiZéro is hiring its first Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to partner with the VP Talent, lead and develop the Montreal recruiting team, and establish international talent acquisition strategies and operations. The role combines people leadership, global sourcing, relocation and immigration oversight, employer branding, candidate experience, hands-on recruiting for specialized scientific and technical roles, ATS and hiring-process design, cross-functional collaboration, and recruiting analytics. The position requires 10+ years in technical talent acquisition, including at least 3 years managing recruiters, international recruiting experience in technology, startup, scale-up, or R&D environments, and fluency in French and English. It is based in LoiZéro’s Montreal offices.
