The role focuses on strategic talent acquisition planning, recruiter leadership, sourcing and candidate engagement, process optimization, data-driven hiring decisions, stakeholder collaboration, and increasing local hiring across Washington, Alabama, and Florida. The position requires extensive technical recruiting and people-management experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, recruiting technology expertise, and U.S. work authorization meeting export-control requirements.
