Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition Shared Services at STMicroelectronics

The role focuses on recruitment administration, SLA adherence, data accuracy, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement across requisition management, interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer documentation, onboarding coordination, and background verification support. The position requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and 6+ years of experience in recruitment operations or HR shared services, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field and familiarity with HR and workflow tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, SAP HR, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Excel, and ServiceNow.
