The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages end-to-end onboarding for Trace3’s full-time new hires and contingent workers, including contractors, consultants, and temporary staff. The role coordinates background checks, drug screenings, documentation, system access, compliance requirements, stakeholder communications, onboarding schedules, workflow tracking, risk escalation, records maintenance, and acquisition-integration activities. It requires at least three years of relevant talent acquisition, onboarding, recruiting operations, or HR experience, along with experience using VMS and onboarding technologies. The position offers an estimated base salary of $60,000–$71,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
