Fireblocks is hiring a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for its go-to-market organization and advise Sales and Marketing leadership on talent strategy, market intelligence, compensation trends, and hiring velocity. The role manages sourcing, candidate experience, bottlenecks, warm-bench development, and partnerships with business partners, People Ops, and hiring managers. Candidates should have at least four years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including one year in GTM functions, along with sourcing, recruiting metrics, stakeholder influence, and familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools. The role is based in the New York City office three times per week, with a base salary range of $110,000 to $170,000.
