Flywire is hiring a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA, based in London with an office-based schedule of two to three days per week. The role owns full-cycle technical recruiting across EMEA, partners with engineering, product, data, security, and business leaders, develops market-specific sourcing strategies, leverages AI-enabled recruiting workflows, and improves hiring quality, pipeline health, candidate experience, and recruiting analytics. The position requires at least five years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, substantial technical hiring experience in a complex technology or regulated environment, strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in English.
