Description
Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced blockchain engineer to build scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant digital-asset solutions for tokenization and decentralized finance. The individual-contributor role owns the engineering roadmap for blockchain infrastructure and tokenization platforms, participates in architecture and implementation, collaborates with product, compliance, and operations teams, and enforces code quality, testing, and security practices. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years of software engineering experience with Solidity, Go, or similar languages in an enterprise production environment, along with a proven record of delivering enterprise-grade systems at scale.
