Description
The P&C Lead, Human Resources leads a team of P&C Coordinators and oversees centralized HR service delivery across multiple global regions. The role manages workload distribution, SLAs, escalations, process documentation, compliance, dashboards, KPIs, stakeholder expectations, and vendor coordination while using Oracle HRMS and ServiceNow to maintain employee records, resolve cases, and improve service quality. It requires 8–12 years of HR operations or shared services experience, regional exposure in EMEA and NA/LATAM, strong HRMS and reporting expertise, and demonstrated team leadership.
