Description
The Senior Associate delivers HR service center support for Amgen’s global HR programs, with a primary focus on Europe and Latin America. The role leads or coordinates regional and global HR Connect projects, supports complex employee, manager, and local HR inquiries through ServiceNow and Workday, serves as a subject matter expert, improves HR systems and processes, maintains knowledge bases, and coaches HR Connect team members. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 7–10 years of HR professional experience in a commercial service delivery or customer service environment, and hands-on experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow, project management, and agile methodologies.
