Nature’s Bakery is hiring a Senior HR Manager for its Salt Lake City, Utah production facility. Reporting to the Vice President of People, the role supports workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, retention, engagement, and HR policy development while managing two Human Resource professionals. The position requires at least seven years of general HR experience, including two years leading people, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and experience executing people strategies for a site, facility, or business unit.
