Description
SpaceX is seeking a Senior Human Resources Investigator (Employee Relations) to investigate sensitive and complex employee relations matters end to end, including interviews, evidence gathering, documentation, reporting, trend analysis, and advising HR business partners on best practices. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of employee relations investigation experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work onsite, travel to SpaceX sites, and handle confidential information in a high-emotion, high-complexity environment.
