Strivector Corp is hiring a full-time permanent HR Partner for a well-known client’s Broken Bow, Nebraska plant. The role partners with plant leadership and HR teams to implement and improve human resources processes, talent management, performance and compensation planning, employee relations, staffing, onboarding, compliance, training, and associate engagement. It also coaches managers, supports performance management, manages change, and serves as the site’s Equal Opportunity Employment manager. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field and 8–10 years of HR experience, with no remote or hybrid work arrangement.
