vCluster Labs is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Technical to serve as its first technical recruiter on the ground in Europe. The role owns full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and technical roles globally, sources passive talent in open-source, Kubernetes, and developer-tool communities, manages structured interviews and ATS data, and partners with Engineering and Product leadership on talent profiles and closing strategies. The position is based in Germany, requires at least five years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, and offers health, dental, vision, and life insurance plus equity.
