Description
The Senior Vice President, Human Resources serves as the senior human resources executive and a key member of the organization’s leadership team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The role develops and executes a global people strategy, advises the CEO and executive leadership, leads organizational design, workforce planning, change initiatives, total rewards, talent acquisition, leadership development, HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and HR technology. It requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, at least 15 years of human resources experience including 8 years in leadership, global HR experience, and prior leadership experience with a publicly traded company.
