The Store Human Resources Associate supports Harmons store associates through group interviews, new-associate onboarding and orientation, applicant tracking, class scheduling, reporting, payroll and policy assistance, customer service, and safety-committee participation. The role requires computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, conflict-resolution ability, and availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays. A high school diploma or GED and some college education are preferred, and the position pays $20.58–$22.08 per hour.
