Indero is hiring a Talent Acquisition Advisor to act as a business partner to hiring managers and manage full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, candidate communication, screening, application-system administration, pre-employment verification, employer branding, recruiting analytics, and onboarding coordination. The role requires a university degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of in-company recruiting experience, bilingual French and English proficiency, MS Office knowledge, and familiarity with clinical practices and Health Canada and FDA regulations. It is a permanent full-time position with flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and the option to work remotely anywhere in Canada or from the Montreal headquarters.
