Randstad (Schweiz AG) is hiring a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Rheinfelden to fill open positions in warehousing, logistics, C-license driving, and administrative clerking. The role sources and places operational blue-collar talent, assesses skills gaps, supports development plans, manages HR processes for contract and project employees, supports payroll and compliance, and advises clients and senior management. Candidates need an EFZ vocational apprenticeship, at least three years of Talent Acquisition experience, recruitment-consultant experience, German and French, and preferably HR or commercial training and warehousing or logistics experience.
