Celerity Fiber LLC is hiring a full-time, fully remote Talent Acquisition Analyst based in Cali or Bogotá, Colombia. The role manages the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized, English-speaking positions, including Evaluation Specialists and Immigration Paralegal Agents. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, resume screening, English-language interviews and assessments, interview coordination, candidate communication, pipeline maintenance, candidate presentation, and meeting recruitment deadlines. Applicants need recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing experience; full-cycle recruiting experience; advanced or fluent English; strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, organization, communication, and independent-work skills; and familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
