Description
CRA is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level manufacturing, engineering, and blue-collar roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and talent-pipeline development. The role also handles day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, attendance, EPF and ESIC records, compliance monitoring, reporting, and employee engagement. Candidates should have 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with manufacturing, engineering, blue-collar, sourcing-platform, Excel, and communication skills preferred or required.
