The role partners with hiring managers, sources and screens candidates, conducts interviews, presents shortlists, coordinates assessments and schedules, manages candidate expectations, supports offer negotiations, and maintains recruitment pipelines. It is a hybrid position requiring three days in the office at the company’s headquarters in Soho, New York City, and offers a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 USD plus health, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
