Scarlet is hiring its first and only Talent Acquisition Engineer to use AI agents to find, qualify, and engage candidates for technical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial roles. The role involves orchestrating agents, reviewing and improving candidate communications, making judgment calls about candidate engagement, and measuring which approaches lead to hiring-manager progress. Candidates must demonstrate successful agent orchestration, professional writing, and experience representing an organization professionally; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
