Description
The recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting talent; managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer; analyzing recruitment trends; advertising job postings; screening, interviewing, scheduling, and assessing candidates; coordinating with hiring managers; managing candidate experience; and analyzing exit interviews. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, at least two years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, strong Vietnamese and English communication skills, and the ability to use social media for candidate development.
