Talent Acquisition Intern at Guidepoint

Guidepoint is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to support critical hires across APAC, including business development, finance, marketing, HR, and other departments. The intern will assist with recruitment strategy, job posting, sourcing, candidate outreach, hiring, talent pipelines, diversity recruiting, campus recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate communications using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. The role is hybrid and based in Tokyo, Japan, requires a current degree student, professional communication skills, independence, and availability at least three times per week, and must start no later than September 2026.
