Eucalyptus is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and primarily manage call-center leadership and high-volume operations hiring across Australia, Manila, Japan, the UK, and Germany. The role owns recruitment strategy, end-to-end hiring, employer branding, sourcing, hiring analytics, and stakeholder advising, and requires 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, RPO experience, and current in-house talent acquisition exposure. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive health coverage, including coverage for up to two dependents.
