Viamericas is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting strategy and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across the United States, Philippines, Mexico, Colombia, and other international markets. The role partners with HR and business leaders, oversees sourcing, interviewing, assessments, offers, background checks, onboarding, ATS administration, recruiting metrics, compliance, and recruiter development, and supports career pathways and HR operations. It is remote-first with occasional travel or office reporting, requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, and requires English and Spanish bilingualism.
