Caring Network is hiring a part-time Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate experience, employer branding, and onboarding. The role requires 3–5 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work onsite in the Glen Ellyn office, Illinois, with occasional off-site meetings and some remote work. Compensation is $21–$29 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, and a 403(b).
