Workway is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to perform high-volume outbound recruiting and sales for financial-services staffing positions nationwide. The role involves sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases; conducting phone interviews; qualifying and building relationships with candidates and clients; and meeting KPIs for calls, interviews, submittals, placements, and business development. The position requires experience in KPI-driven sales or recruiting, heavy outbound phone activity, relationship building, and familiarity with financial services, mortgage, banking, collections, title/escrow, lending, staffing, or recruiting environments.
