Description
Keeper is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA to manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across EMEA, APAC, ANZ, and other regions. The role partners with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, develops sourcing strategies, screens and interviews candidates, coordinates interviews and onboarding, maintains applicant records, and supports global recruiting process improvements. Candidates must permanently reside in Ireland, with a hybrid arrangement for those near the Cork office or fully remote for those outside a commutable distance. The position requires at least three years of talent acquisition experience, including technical or sales recruiting and experience recruiting across EMEA and APAC.
